Contracted Case Aids (Beaver and Washington Counties):
Adoption Connection, PA, is looking for contracted and full-time case aides.
A case aide must be comfortable with transporting children, interacting with birth parents, supervising visits between children and their birth parents, and writing reports. Valid clearances, driver’s license, registration, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle is required.

Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Adoption Recruiter (Allegheny County):
Adoption Connection, PA, is looking to expand our partnership with the Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Program with an Adoption Recruiter for Allegheny County.
Wendy’s Wonderful Kids is a program of the Dave Thomas Foundation For Adoption. This recruiter will use a child-focused approach to match children who are in Allegheny County’s permanent custody or APPLA status to potential permanent homes. The position has a caseload of 12-15 youth who are over the age of nine, have special needs, and/or are part of a sibling group. An employee in this position works closely with the youth in care, adoptive families, caseworkers, and other agency staff to assess the child’s readiness for adoption, formulate recruitment plans, identify referrals, and help youth transition into permanent homes.

Parent Visitation Coach (Washington County):
Adoption Connection, PA, is seeking a Parent Visitation Coach to work with families in Washington County.
Candidates should have a strong ability to mentor as well as a desire to work positively with families, assisting them in reaching their goals. The Parent Coach is responsible for empowering birth parents while providing supervision and direction during interactions between youth in foster care and their birth parents. This position will require clearances, a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, a clean driving record, driving license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings.
