Since graduating high school in 2016, Cayla has been involved with Adoption Connection, PA, in many different capacities, including as a contracted worker and intern. In 2021, she graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She then became a full-time employee as a case aide. Currently, Cayla works as our Lead SWAN Caseworker.
Cayla is very passionate about working with youths in foster care. Her two adoptive brothers have inspired her to advocate for other children. She loves to use her passion to make an impact. Her favorite thing about her job is working one-on-one with children to help them express themselves.
